Private Pilates, tailored to real bodies

Build strength, improve movement, and progress at your own pace.

A focused approach to movement

We offer private Pilates sessions in a calm, focused setting. Each session is shaped around the person in front of us — whether your goal is to improve posture, reduce stiffness, build strength, move more freely, or support an active lifestyle.

We work with the reformer, chair, tower, mat, and small props to create precise, varied sessions that respond to your body on the day. The aim is not repetition for its own sake, but intelligent movement that builds strength you can carry into everyday life.

Private Pilates adapts to where you are — whether you spend most of your day sitting, are returning to regular movement, or already live an active life and want better support for your body.

Who we work with

More than just reformer

Sessions may include the reformer, chair, tower, mat, and small props — selected based on what best supports your body and your goals on the day.

Each piece of equipment has a specific purpose. Used together, they allow us to create sessions that are precise, adaptable, and appropriately challenging. This approach gives us more tools to work with than a single-apparatus method and allows us to respond more accurately to different bodies and movement needs.

That can look like:

  • support when you are building foundations

  • precision when refining posture and alignment

  • challenge as strength and control develop

  • variety that remains structured and intentional

Why Private sessions?

Private Pilates offers something group classes cannot: full attention on you.

Each session is shaped around your starting point, your movement patterns, and what your body needs on the day. This allows for precise guidance, meaningful adjustments, and a pace that is appropriate rather than generic.

For some, this creates a safer and more manageable way to return to movement. For others, it allows for deeper progress through more specific and effective work.

Our Team

FORMA was created by two Pilates teachers with a shared belief in thoughtful, personalised movement.

We work with a calm, structured approach and adapt each session to the person in front of us. Our focus is helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build a body that supports both everyday life and long-term wellbeing.

Private Pilates instructor Mesi in Luxembourg, supporting strength, recovery and performance through personalised sessions

Mesi Surman

Strong, dynamic sessions that build control, coordination, and confidence in how you move.

With a background in sport and strength training, her approach is more hands-on and progressive, often incorporating challenge, load, and variation to develop both stability and performance. Sessions can be more energetic when needed, always with precision and clear intent.

Pilates Instructor

Private Pilates instructor Timi in Luxembourg, focused on structured, precise movement and posture for busy professionals

Timi Müller

A precise, grounded approach focused on alignment, control, and building a strong, well-supported body.

Timi’s sessions combine mindful movement, proper breathing, and progressive strength work to help clients feel both relaxed and more energized in their bodies. She believes movement should feel supportive rather than overwhelming — creating a practice that people can genuinely enjoy and sustain long-term.

The FORMA method

1. Understand your starting point

We begin by learning about your lifestyle, movement history, and goals. This gives us context for how your body moves and what it needs from training.

2. Assess how you move

We observe posture, alignment, and movement patterns to understand how your body currently functions — and where support or change is needed.

3. Build your programme

Based on what we see and discuss, we design a structured Pilates programme that supports alignment, strength, and progressive development.

4. Refine and progress

Your programme evolves over time through ongoing sessions and reassessment, ensuring it stays relevant, effective, and aligned with your development.

Intro Session

All new clients begin with an introductory session.

This first session allows us to understand how your body moves and establish a clear starting point before moving into regular training.

1 session — €70 (70 minutes)

What this includes

  • discussion of your lifestyle, movement history, and goals

  • initial posture and movement assessment

  • introduction to key Pilates principles and exercises

  • guidance on how to build a consistent and appropriate training schedule

Following this session, we recommend a regular weekly structure based on your needs and goals.

Monthly private sessions

Private sessions are organised in 4-week cycles with a fixed weekly schedule. This allows for a structured, progressive approach where sessions build on each other, with ongoing posture and movement assessment to track progress and create lasting change in strength, alignment, and movement quality. Each session is 55 minutes.

Steady Flow (2 sessions / week)

8 sessions per 4 weeks
€600 (€75 per session)

The most effective and sustainable way to train.

Two sessions per week allow consistent progress while giving your body time to integrate and adapt.

€340 (€85 per session)

  • “I spend most of my day at a desk and had constant tension in my neck and lower back. After a few sessions, I already felt a difference in how I sit and move. It’s not just exercise — it actually teaches you how to use your body better.”

    —Product Owner, 37

  • “I hadn’t done any kind of exercise in years, so I was honestly a bit nervous to start. The sessions are calm, structured, and adapted to you, which made it much easier than I expected. I feel stronger and more confident in my body again.”

    —Mom of a toddler, 35

  • “I didn’t realise how stiff I had become until I started. Simple things like bending, reaching, even walking feel easier now. It’s a very different feeling compared to regular workouts — more controlled, more thoughtful.”

    — QA Engineer, 42

  • “I was never someone who enjoyed going to the gym, but this feels completely different. It’s personal, focused, and actually makes sense for your body. I come out of each session feeling lighter, taller, and more put together.”
